You can edit the save file for exp and money:

I just did this, its now giving me negative experience points in game. Any further alteration increases my XP into the negatives. Any ideas?

Added repair points + infinite wheel points. Note It is necessary to have repair modules installed on the vehicles.
NP1 = Fuel Full
NP2 = Infinite Repair Points + Infinite Wheel Points
NP4 = Pause Clock 12:00 Hours
