For GOG, version 2.1.0.12

Start the game with "Launcher.exe" from "\Strangers Wrath HD", then you will have these options below, sorry for not adding more, got bored fast, anyway perhaps it might work for your version.

Inventory   [Moolah]
Inventory   [Throwables]   Reload off
Inventory   [Throwables]   Reload on

Note:
Inventory [Throwables] Reload off, works only if you have 2 or more items.
