craft
durability: use any item to change it durability first then activate this option
craft: open craft menu and click on item that you cannot create. activate the script. now you can craft everything.

Water is easy to cheat, just get a jug and search how many servings are left. 0-5
Infinite breath is a bit harder to find, it's some float
