Options Required: Modify attributes permanently mid-game

Other Info: I have tried to edit attributes myself but to no avail. I searched around for a way to do it "properly", but I've only been able to find solutions that apply to character creation only, editing attribute values temporarily with other CE tables that reset when you load a new area, and some strange buff/debuff parameters show up in the menu when looking at your attributes. I don't particularly care if it's a trainer or table, and while I'm no expert, it would seem to me that a table would be the easiest way of doing it.
