Can someone please create a script with cheat engine to change drivers and teams names in F1 2019?

I'm willing to make a donation as well if someone can develop this feature for the game please.
Or even if somehow with cheat engine could make available a folder called localisation, that's where the texts are with teams and drivers names in it but has been hid by codemasters.
