I'm interested in this too, a cheat table would be appreciated. Since I dont see any I did a search and it does seem to store some save data in appdata/Locallow/Glassescatgames
which seems like it has a bunch of coherent information.

There's something for 'MNEY'
something for stuff you're invested in, so there's a lot of options here for changing stuff probably.

No luck on my end, Backup save seems to kick in if the main save wont load for some reason, but I didn't find anything that could be changed without messing it up.

Yes values are encrypted:

Just search the value below in my picture. -> do some changed value scans
Freeze it when you 80 Stamina and you have unlimited Stamina.
When you freeze when you have 130 stamina, stamina will decrease to 0

It will only work partially - As soon as you change the area, the address will change. Unless you do it each time you change the zone, it can become quickly annoying.
