Yeah my bad, i only checked windows store, that only sells the xbox version
According to CH, this game is impossible to cheat on
They can't do it, its too hard for them, every scanning method they try, crashes the game, so they cannot even try to play it at all.

I don't think you'll get many takers for this title on these forums.
The user base of people who play this game without an internet connection are slim to none.
But let's say someone actually pulled it off and released what you were asking for. The odds of the mod ONLY working in offline mode are pretty slim. since spec-ops is a private and an online gamemode.
This game has insane anti-cheat measures. and most people who successfully get mods running get caught.
Even if you have confidence in bypassing detection. To safegaurd yourself you'd still need to load an HWID spoofer.
Do you really want to load your primary gaming computer into intel virtualization mode / deactivate your copy of windows
spoof the hwid and risk getting banned anyway?
if you run a mod on this game even in offline mode, the second you go back online you risk detection... even if the mod is no longer active. it happened to brown magician doing local area network 'unlock all' mods. when the account went online within 24 hours they were all banned.
