Mainly, I notice the immunity perks and the perk lottery are missing from the spawn. A lot of that stuff is... second tier perks, my FAVORITE is edit-everywhere, which is in the spawn, but between stacked lottery, free reroll, and a few extra perks in holy mountains, you can get pretty much anything you want.

wrote a small script to dump all the perk names and updated my topic with the instructions how to add them to my perk spawn mod, so everyone can add any perk they want

Nice. I... uhm, haven't been bothering with much besides the health and various infinites, since there's a cheat mod that lets you spawn in perks and many other things from a straight up list. Straight off the steam workshop.
Now that the last major update, Epilogue with its most important hotfixes, is out, would be nice to have one final version of the table. I wonder if someone is currently working on it. Huge thanks for all the updated tables we've gotten so far.
Here's a table I found on a russian website, credits for making it goes to partizan0104. I've translated it to english and confirmed that it works on release version.
