Somehow the table is not working for me.
nvm didn't know I had to press - to activate it. Will try tomorrow with new challenges.

there are
Heroic Assault=increase charge rate of heroic assault abilty
Armory Flare=increase damage of all weapon
is there any perk that Increase Damage of Assault Abilty?
since ironman has Breaker Buster perk which is increase damage deal of hulkbuster(Ultimate Heroic ability)

For the current other characters there isn't any like the one for Iron Man.

well, if there is not yet then what about this
is there any cheat engine code that can change the skill stats?
like damage one of the skill
-damage=low,medium or high on skill screen
-stun=low, medium, high
-stagger=...
as for today there are code toget exp,skill point,resource..
then it would be fun if we could change the skill stats also
