do you have a modified DLL? you changed something on your own at the OpenMenu?
if you have a standard DLL then its a clearly a Mono/JIT Problem... :/
if you have modified:
delete DLL, repair with steam and try again

ok
lets check something:
go ingame, dont open chat or something, now only activate Find.exe and Main Script
open the Memory View
right mouse "Go to address"
paste -> ChatMechanism:OpenMenu+ac
press Ok
and make me a screenshot

window size is a bit small, i cant see everything.
but looks like mono/jit generates too much different code on your system :/

My chat is again blocked even with your .DDL Cfemen
Mono can't appear in CE.

i guess they use a IL2CPP Build now, i will check that later.

Soo like promised -> i share it!
How its work:
-Activate Script
-Go to Magic Quarter
-Spend 20 Dust for Enlightenment
-Dust will go to 1500 (this step is only to check if script is working before you spend Gems) and yeah you have now 1500 Dust
-Spend Gems will now set and lock the amount to 1500!
-Keep the script activated and your gems will never decrease!
and its not possible for now to change it without to buy something with your gems first
edit : added a more legit script that limits Dust/Gems to 100
