Apologies, I think I had it wrong. The values were found just by searching but apparently the addresses don't stay the same between instances of the game. Sorry! What I did was just search for a 2 double, then use a burst and search for 1, then use a burst and search for 0. There were only like 3 values that had changed, and by changing one of them, unlimited burst happens when you freeze it.
Same with saved people. I just searched the value of people I had saved, bought something, searched for the value. Found it, froze it.
