I'm durning mission with Oswald, he wanted me to craft Oswaldian Alarm Clocks, but i forgot that I was crafting plastic scrap with cheat engine and I clicked on Oswaldian Alarm Clocks and it automatically crafted plastic scrap, but game saved and I can't go forward with the mission because the game says I've already crafted those clocks. So I'm here asking if there's anyone who knows ID for Oswaldian Alarm Clocks?![]()

If I may make a suggestion. I would recommend downloading Notepad++ and installing the following plugins that come with it - JSON Viewer and JSON Tools. JSON Viewer will format your document into a very easy to read color coded format and there is a validation action within JSON Tools that will compare your JSON against a standard JSON schema. Comes in handy when you get error messages on the loading screen.Elzroni wrote: ↑Mon May 26, 2025 2:50 amI'm not sure if this is the right place to ask but I've seen others mention the topic here, when I upload my save .json into: [Link] why does it give me a phase error message? It works on a separate old save (second character) file and reads on the site just fine. Is there a way to fix this?
is this perhaps on xbox?BlueStar wrote: ↑Fri May 23, 2025 2:49 amblbuchanan23 wrote: ↑Fri May 23, 2025 12:27 amIf you have played that save on multiple devices, ie Xbox and steam, make sure you unlink your account in ALL of your devicesBlueStar wrote: ↑Thu May 22, 2025 3:57 pmDoes anyone know how I can log in to a different cloud save?
Even after unlinking my profile and deleting the local save, the game still loads the same cloud save instead of the one I’m trying to access.
Here’s what I’ve tried:
- Unlinked my profile
- Deleted the local save
But it still loads my old save instead of downloading the target one.
- Logged in with the other profile that has the cloud save I want
Even when I’m unlinked from the cloud or logged into a different profile! Any ideas?
I’ve seen others manage to do this, but I just can’t figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I've unlinked both accounts from all devices, deleted my local save, and linked the new profile, but still even when I'm unlinked and my local save is deleted, it still downloads my cloud save instead of the target one, I don't understand this, what am I doing wrong?
I'm on steam, target save is my friend's switch.
it definitely sounds like you are having an app issue and nothing to do with dreamlight.Duhllin wrote: ↑Wed May 28, 2025 12:09 amI am having some issues. I cannot open my Dreamlight Valley Xbox Game Pass game, on my main PC. It just closes itself every time after the "Gameloft 25 Years" logo, and then it shows a loading bar, and just closes. I have tried swapping out saves, I have tried switching Xbox profiles, etc.. I tried switching to my older laptop, and that worked. I can load it up fine on there (can't play on there though because it keeps stuttering with how old the laptop is). I have tried deleting Xbox app, deleting DDV, deleting all DDV folders, and more. Does anyone know what might be wrong? I can load the same exact profile on my old laptop and the game loads and my save loads. So I don't get it.
Thank you. I will try this now.SweetCharade wrote: ↑Wed May 28, 2025 1:00 pmit definitely sounds like you are having an app issue and nothing to do with dreamlight.Duhllin wrote: ↑Wed May 28, 2025 12:09 amI am having some issues. make sure you end the processes in the task manager, as it could be opening or have multiple instances open by error (stuck)
if that doesnt work, uninstall it, delete its folders. then install it from the app store (not website) .
you can also try logging into your microsoft account on the browser, as sometimes you have a message in your account that conficts with the app logging in, no idea why that happens but that has happened to me a few times and clearing the message pop ups in my account allowed me to log into the app again.
I finally got it to work! I deleted every single Xbox folder on my whole PC (including the folder that holds the games), installed it through the browser, downloaded gaming services troubleshooter (to redownload the missing files that I deleted, since I deleted everything, and Xbox App would not install correctly at first), then installed the game, booted it up, and now it's finally working. Whether you were talking about uninstalling DDV or Xbox, either way, I would not have thought to delete every single Xbox folder if you had not replied to me. I did literally everything except for that. So thanks again.SweetCharade wrote: ↑Wed May 28, 2025 1:00 pmit definitely sounds like you are having an app issue and nothing to do with dreamlight.Duhllin wrote: ↑Wed May 28, 2025 12:09 amI am having some issues. that is very strange it is supposed to be a whole string of numbers.Duhllin wrote: ↑Thu May 29, 2025 4:57 amAnd now it's back to closing all over again.SweetCharade wrote: ↑Wed May 28, 2025 1:00 pmit definitely sounds like you are having an app issue and nothing to do with dreamlight.Duhllin wrote: ↑Wed May 28, 2025 12:09 amI am having some issues. I deleted all Xbox folders again and it's back to working. But it says I can't sign into my cloud save because I am not signed into a first party profile (I am signed into my Xbox account that the game has been downloaded onto). I did a profile reset to see what that does. I am in the game at the moment, but trying to see if I can get through dialogue and then go back to the main menu and put my save in.
Also, my save folder is titled "microsoft_0_r". It's supposed to be a string of numbers. Not just 0.
I am logged into every possible Microsoft app that could have any connection to DDV. MS Store, Xbox, and my user account for the PC. Still nothing. And when I load to the main menu, at the bottom left, it shows my Xbox username. When I go to "Show User ID" it's just blank. My MDC number is not there.SweetCharade wrote: ↑Thu May 29, 2025 12:53 pmthat is very strange it is supposed to be a whole string of numbers.Duhllin wrote: ↑Thu May 29, 2025 4:57 amAnd now it's back to closing all over again.SweetCharade wrote: ↑Wed May 28, 2025 1:00 pm

'first party profile' im pretty sure that means your are closing or not logged into the microsoft app. so make sure you are only minimising it, and not closing or logging it out when you open dreamlight.
Use the dreamlight icon in the microsoft app to open the game and not the desktop icon.
