if anyone has found out how to cheat roaring knight please upload a tutorial... bro i cant spend any more hours grinding this i tired

what i did when i played it
i found the scans for the health of each character (kris's always ends in 10 susie's with 20 ralsei with 30) and set those to 99999999999
doing "+inf" will cause instant death

can u give me a noob tutorial plz

open cheat engine, open deltarune, select deltarune in cheat engine (top left corner glowing rainbow)
change the 4 byte option to "double"
in deltarune press "c" to open your menu
type in a character's health, so lets say 184 for kris
go into battle, and get hit
in cheat engine you're gonna look for that 184 to change into a different number, it should be red
that should be the health, double click it and change the value to 99999999 or whatever you want it to be
repeat for all characters

i dont usually cheat but this was an exception i was able to get to the final phase on my own but always with no items and only kris or susie and after hours dude finally i can move on never expected this difficulty spike

If my guess is correct, your max health is 12 no matter how much level you have, toby just extended the healthbar for the funnies so just search a double type value thats 12 and go from there

Huh, weird, although I can tell you with certainty is that the attack where it envelops on fire and charges at you always does 1 point of damage, try something with that if you please

Yeah, for some reason I can't figure out how it's stored for the life of me, I even tried using Kris' health as the max since when we get damaged we can se a 6th or 12th of his health pop off of him depending on the attack... but even that didn't work.

It's weird because in every other level no matter what level the player's character is the value will always be 12... but for the secret mini-boss i guess it works differently. Toby must've known we were gonna try hacking this lol

Definitely think the case is that the health is calculated from Kris' total health, and each hit takes a % from that. In the previous S-rank room minigames, Kris' health bar in the minigame was not attached to their actual health, hence why Kris doesn't die or take damage from hits in the minigame.
In my case, I take 27 damage from certain attacks which is roughly 1/6th of Kris' total HP for me, 160.

OMG THANK YOU!!!!!!! First time I ever hex-scan-modded a game in years and this tut made my deltrarune game a breeze. I was able to create an engine file that contains HP, MP, STR, DEF for all my characters. I added gold, and mats as well. I'm in kiddie kingdom. Thank you!
