Well the lads over at GBATemp have figured out a code to get quest items. The only drawback is that it has to overwrite an existing item, it can't just add them. It also requires a button press. I don't think that works on Ryujinx? I tested it on Sudachi though and it worked there (switched after Ryujinx just started randomly crashing on startup at some point). With the code activated, go to Intel -> Inventory, and then open Important Items. Highlight an existing item that you no longer need, then press ZL. Scroll to a different page or exit and re-enter and you should see the item has now changed. I would save in a different slot and then quit the game and deactivate the code before continuing. I'd also advise only running that code by itself, as I'm not sure how it interacts with other codes.

This code is for the frozen pizza, as that should be the only one you need for that quest.
