Since the drop rate cheat doesn't work, you can just add the items manually.
How does it work?
I downloaded it but there is no .exe to start it.

Download the release, not the zip of the loose files. There should be one release posted.

It automatically updates, if you had the app open when it was updated with a new trainer/fix/trainer update then it will need restarting. If theres an app update then it will tell you that it has downloaded the new files and needs restarting.

Idlehands88's table has jump/gravity modifiers. Try those to make the jumps. Reducing gravity lets you reposition in the air.
