Hi, is there a way to fix a glitch in the menu of the house skin? it starts glitching after belle's cottage skin. I use the Profile file in the directory folder to apply the changes, maybe someone can send me the screen of the file in the house skin section so i can see if there's a problem with the coding. PLEASE HELP ME
(it's glitching with the skins from 20500032 to 20500053)

If anyone has Error #6 and is on PC I maybe able to help.

I have not updated the game on my PC.

If I get a copy of your save game, I should be able to remove all house skins from last update and this would fix the error #6 issue. House skins will be in inventory to use again once fixed.

I am away until Monday so I wouldn’t be able to do it until then,but this maybe quicker than waiting for an update.

Oh please i would be very grateful if you could help me.

Just use Control+F a search bar will pop up at the top & then just type in the name as it appears in game. Its very easy to find items. All the house skins are there.

Mystic Manor has been removed from the game files. It no longer exists, may come back but the code doesn't have it anymore

Hey guys, since the last update i cant play at all. I know this is a bit off topic but i dont know what to do anymore. Gameloft isnt answering me. Ive tried everything i could find. When i start the game i get Cloud Error #5, when i dismiss it and try to go with my local there is another error #6. I attached screenshots, i hope someone can help me.

Unfortunately this is a base game issue with GL themselves. Others might be able to help, but that's best you can get atm.

I'm not sure if this will help but I had the same issue so I copied my profile and replaced all the id numbers for the reflection of china ( 20500039)with another house skin (example pink castle 20500027) saved and game started without error codes. reflections of china skin had to be reinstalled through crafting table but I am not placing in valley anytime soon hope this helps....

How did you do that?
I unfortunaly can't exit my game anymore... and didn't have an old version of the game nor an savefile without the mulan houses placed down

@Rubyelf could I request the frozen pillars be renamed Elemental Stone - Water, Elemental Stone - Air and so on as they are in game? Couldn't find them in the spreadsheet earlier since the names are different.
