Yeah, i mostly used it to change my gear stats or increase their value and to swap or put on gear the perks i wanted.
Hopefully someone will manage to update the gear editor soon.

Yes, the gear editor can be used to perfect the certain build and stats you want. Mostly all perks from all the gear sets can go on every piece of gear, even artifacts

only major and minor 2 can't use
but you can change your 2rd minor to 1st minor slot to edit it

Noob question but how i equip Hex(Little) in the CT?
Im trying to put Vibranium Apex on Black Widow melee and in the Perk List its only says the Hex(Little)

Yeah the game did something suspicious. The perk slot address does not allow you to add perk slot in general. So if your gear had 2 perks, it will remain like that even if you try adding more slots.
