I extracted the savegame and was looking at the party.json values, the starship upgrades are of interest to me since fighting Aeldari 5 or 6v1 is terribly unfair. I think it would be ok if upgrades were unlocked or usable.
I was able to change the level of the starship crew.
I modified this in player.json and party.json :
"StarshipLevel":2} I put 10 and also 20 and it worked.
The save load, when you run a space battle it's easier the hit probability are better and your companion give more technics.
But after the victory at the end of the battle, the game crash.
I guess the Experience does not match the level and it fail to update something, or something else.
I tried a lot of settings but I was not able to find a solution.

About Space battle with cheat engin you can find 3 entries for the hit point of the ship, but you can't edit them or freeze them.
I don't understand why.

You can't edit the Hit Point directly, you have to search for the damage taken.
exemple : you have 420 HP and took 30 damage, you now have 390 HP
Search for 30 in 4 bytes on cheat engine, take damage again
Search for the total damage taken and repeat until you only have 2 results
Now put the result at 0.
You're now immortal during space combat.
The same goes for finding the enemy HP.
