I couldn't do any of this, but I bricked my save, white-screens for me after 5 minutes of gameplay regardless of what I do, canvas off, white-screen, canvas on, white-screen, leave the mouse on the Light years tab, white-screen. I am at Black Hole 55, you can just set the desktop clock one day in advance each time you log-in, get the light-years and when you see the press here to travel through black hole, set your time back to normal and wait a few minutes, then rinse and repeat, some Black Hole will take up to 7 days skip to do (This was the case for me at black hole 50) however once you get to around 9 nonillion Light Years or so the game does break in certain ways, it becomes laggier, slower, and some times just clicking on anything in the game will cause it to freeze but timers will still go down. I'm guessing since my light years number is too high the multipliers are too large for this game to process, may have to update it to 64 bit.

as of today V.0.1.42 the protto code anti matter does not work. The file .js does not save any changes and will revert back anyway.

nvm i did the steps wrong

I'm stuck with a bricked save--can't even load an earlier save because steam doesn't want to show me where the GIC save files are located, I'm forced to wait until the next Supernova collapse or until NG comes out, kinda lame but it was fun getting to end game for free just farming 1 day offline boosts.

While I can't confirm if that particular code is working, the .js is not miraculously reverting changes by itself. You may be forgetting to do one or more steps of the process (it's happened to me a few times that I've dragged the js out, edited it, saved it, but then forgot to drag it back in so it overwrites the one in the archive).

Unrelated, not a response to you specifically, a bunch of other codes do still work. Free Prisoner & Citizens Upgrades I presume still bricks the game, and I haven't tested any of the 'free upgrade' codes (besides Blackhole, Supernova, and Cosmic Dust, which still work) because I have the upgrades for that in the game now, but the majority of codes still function (the minigame ones, kill count multipliers, etc.) as of 1.43.

When I had tried the trick on version 0.1.45 and loaded the game, the game opened in white screen.
IDK What exactly to do to fix it.
I just modified the Protto daily antimatter code and just by modifying that part of the file and add it to the asar format, when opened the game all window became white screen. :x
Can somebody provide a working modified file for testing?

PS: It seems the game is now impossible to cheat, at least not by this method, since it has been updated.

PS2: this is the result when loading game with the modified file. (The current version is 0.1.45)

A good chunk of the cheats still work. I haven't tested the daily antimatter one, but I can confirm the 'Antimatter Upgrades do not spend antimatter' one works just fine. I did end up bricking my original save with the white screen thing because the values got too high (I was right at the endgame, so whatever), but the game opens fine, and I was able to start a new game with no issues.

I'm going to type out the steps I follow in order, just in case you've missed a step and the code isn't broken.

Open the .asar archive

Drag the .js (not the config file, like I did the first time I was trying this) to your desktop, edit it with notepad++

Search -> Find... -> Find and Replace

Make sure Regular expression is ticked ( you likely made it at least this far, as far as I can tell)

Search for the code snippets, replace with the cheated code

Save the .js

Drag it back into the archive (this is the step I forgot most often!)

Click play and test - if it works, happy days. If not... well either undo the changes if you left notepad++ open then re-save and re-drag it into the archive, or verify integrity through Steam to replace the modified file with the deafult one.

If the code just didn't work, but the game still runs fine, then you likely missed a step and the changes weren't actually applied. Try again if you like.

If the code doesn't work properly, but the game still more or less runs, then some part of the game code was likely rewritten so the cheated code doesn't produce the expected results. probably nothing you can do about that, but there's a slim possibility you accidentally changed something while copy-pasting into the find and replace boxes.

If the code bricks the game and you get the white screen, then the code is outright broken, and there's nothing you can do. This might be the case for the daily antimatter code, I haven't tested it.

Anyone can help with the version 1.51? I am trying everything i could and managed to get protto code working. Also the minerals. But that is about it. Everything else i try bricks the game. Could you please help?

Currently on 0.1.52
Used the protto code cheat. After supernova 1, my antimatter is stuck in the negative (between -989 000 and -689 000). Once it reaches the max, it loops back. I know I had much more antimatter than that so I'm trying to see if getting to that number fixes things.

Anyone else face this issue?

Found the fix earlier in the thread. Still works thankfully
