This was my childhood game. But I can't seem to find the right value for scraps or bullets (the number on screen just doesn’t match anything I can track down).

I’ve tried searching for the bullet count in a range like 1 to 100,000. Then I shoot, reload, and scan for a decreased value. Still nothing works.

I honestly don’t even know if it’s possible for you guys to find it. But if anyone knows how to search for that value, I’d really appreciate the help.
