Yeah, it's available for purchase in Early Access (as it says on the Steam page).
Probably won't be "finished" this year.

My understanding is the way they coded this shit makes it very difficult to generate a table or to even freehand values, since they also encrypted the savegame, something they didn't have to do all these measures seem deliberate.

The game is too unstable, incomplete and patchs are too frequent to release a table... it will be obsolete in 2 days :s

It's 2025. After 5 years since this thread was started... the game has still not left early access yet. LOL. They are still working on it though... every month there are tiny changes being made and those changes are logged and published. Still pretty unstable. Cheat engine works for money; your best bet is to do it immediately at the start of the campaign. open your base building option screen, and search float for whatever money you listed there as an exact value. ex: if you start with 2,500,000, type in 2500000. use the options: "pause game on search" and check the box for "copy on write" as well (just click on it once so it is shaded in). you should see exactly 4 values pop. as quick as you can, select them all and change the values to anything LESS than 10000000, like 9999999. the real value should be the last one in the list. do NOT try to buy something and then rescan like you would normally (game will have reshifted the values by then, and you will find nothing). just modify the first values that pop into the list from the initial scan. once you have the correct value identified, it should be moddable until you reload.

I seem to recall being able to use cheat engine on operations points too. might not be 4byte though. sorry, it's been a while and I can't remember. but you can edit the .json files with a text editor to change how many base operations points you get per day, which is just as easy. For that matter, you can edit how much cash you start with, how strong your hired soldiers will be... just about anything really. it's all in standard .json text files. I recommend using notepad++ to edit them. makes it really easy. just make backups of whatever files you want to play with before you start editing. you'll figure it out in no time. there are editing guides over in the steam forum for the game. some of them written by me even.
