All quantities are 4 BYTES. For Stockpiles, change the value to like 10x the max of the stockpile then build 10 empty stockpiles then delete that stockpile to fully load the 10 empty stockpiles you created. This will sync the drawn objects with the stockpile qty.

Edit: yep, even if I set it to 2.1 bilion, even if the storage says full, there is nothing. However, if you have enough free space, you can freeze the value and transer one by one to empty ones, thoes ones are considered full. IF I understood correctly, the values we change via CE won't stay. To bypass this, you create (using this exemple) 11 stockpiles.
You fill up 1 of them, until you find the value. That value you change so it maches a full stock pille, then add another "0" (aka 10 times).
Now, the 1st one, that has as much as 10, you deconstruct in game. All the resources in that 1, will be transfered to the other 10, empty ones. As such, you get 10 full, that have been succesfully syncronised with the game

If I click on a stock pile (or whatever), even if I try search all, even if i use "unknow initial value" -> decrease value x repeat. I end up not finding anything.
Anyone know how to change the value of stockpiles on the inland? And yes, this is one of thoes preference things, I can easily get infinite resources via the storage transfer I just wrote, yet still prefer to harvest/mine. Reason why I just want to change their value to a massive amount.... ok... just the one I select and not every last one.
