Re: [Requests] Romancing Saga 2: Revenge of the Seven
For those of you annoyed with being forced into Final Emperor after killing the 5th hero, I have an experience to share.
When I was prompted to select the final emperor I used the code that overrides who the new emperor is to turn back into Gerard. This did not prompt the final emperor events and also abdication was still optional.
after killing a 6th hero it prompted a timeskip. I repeated turning back into Gerard and then went and killed the last one. got the time skip again, turned back into Gerard but even with all the heroes dead it did not prompt the final emperors events.
I abdicated into the final emperor and continued on. But it looks like if you want to delay your final emperor untill youve done everything else you wanted to, you can do it this way instead of messing with event flags.
Also someone else mentioned wondering if it were possible to change the sprites of your party and or emperor into the human versions of the 7 heroes. I am also interested after noticing the ghosts of them with battle animations seen in the teks attached to their special weapons. (you can clearly see human Rokbouquet using the exact same attack animations of her weapons special move, alongside the character using it. You can easily see this with Wagnas and Subier as well.)

Re: [Requests] Romancing Saga 2: Revenge of the Seven
Why though?
Also, I haven't gotten into the calculations of it, but I tried to brute force the number of battles so I wouldn't advance the plot while trying to do the vagabond quest(gotta get me them thieves), and while I was doing the sewer quest it caused the game to crash.
Anyone know a safe way to keep the battle counter low so the game doesn't get rushed exponentially?
Or is that what the event point tracker is for?

Re: [Requests] Romancing Saga 2: Revenge of the Seven
I would like to invite you to read my previous post.
If you don't change the technical score for each specific enemies you defeat, the overall technical score will not change.
I have already posted the code to change the technical point of the first enemy and I have shown that the second enemy is its +4h. The same would be true for the third enemy and beyond. Please modify the code as you see fit.
Re: [Requests] Romancing Saga 2: Revenge of the Seven
Kemikemi0091, I used your ct. Up to the fourth enemy, the acquired technology points can be reduced to 0 in +4h. OK so far. But when I set the 5th enemy to +4h, it crashes. When I look at the memory view, when I defeat the 5th enemy, the address of the 1st enemy changes.Kemikemi0091 wrote: ↑Sat Nov 09, 2024 4:23 amI would like to invite you to read my previous post.

Re: [Requests] Romancing Saga 2: Revenge of the Seven
Sorry, in my post I referenced the wrong ct. The one I actually used was "RotS (1.0.1.0) Plus v3.CT" by Amacha back on page 6. You can use that cheat table to find the id of any item!Galahad_druid wrote: ↑Tue Nov 05, 2024 1:29 pmGood afternoon. Please, do you still have the ID for the Grimoire?Mokai wrote: ↑Mon Nov 04, 2024 3:29 amI wanted to swing by and give an update on this. Using mildsevenX's attachment near the top of page 5, I was able to locate Grimoire of Eld's ID and buy it in a shop. The magical institute accepts it, no problem! Will need to wait to see if the Diviner will show up to give the book to, as I'm still a bit far away from that corner of the map.Stiltzkinator wrote: ↑Fri Nov 01, 2024 1:34 am
Dang, that's actually a really interesting practical use for an otherwise simple cheat. But I also have to wonder if it would actually work - at the very least, I wonder if the diviner who completes the quest would actually show up and process flags correctly if you don't go through with that version of the quest. Apart from some bestiary entries, though, all of the rewards are tied to items for that portion, so if it does work with the book, that'd be pretty great.
Something I'm hoping to see eventually is the option to abdicate as many times as you want without a time skip, but frankly, I think your idea ultimately has more impact.

Re: [Requests] Romancing Saga 2: Revenge of the Seven
I tested it and was able to clear the game by Leon.
When the fifth hero is defeated, the final emperor appears, which could not be avoided even if the event point was set to 0.
Once the fifth and sixth heroes were defeated in final emperor and we were able to go to Snowdrifts, we changed the emperor to Leon.
Use “ID of character joining” and “Order of companions to change” to change the emperor.
The voice of the event will be that of the final emperor, but other than that, he is Leon, and will also appear as Leon in the ending.

Re: [Requests] Romancing Saga 2: Revenge of the Seven
SO I am super confused, is there a way to increase earned TP for battles? I tried searching and though ti set it to 9999TP but I think it's just cosmetic to what it shows on screen.
Re: [Requests] Romancing Saga 2: Revenge of the Seven
Where is that cheat code?mildsevenX wrote: ↑Sun Nov 10, 2024 4:01 amI tested it and was able to clear the game by Leon.

Re: [Requests] Romancing Saga 2: Revenge of the Seven
The HP limit for this game is 2000 and the BP limit is 500, but various bugs have already been reported in relation to inheritance, and it is known that the limits can be exceeded.
When mildsevenX previously posted the cheat to change status, I mentioned my hypothesis that there may be multiple separate addresses that determine a character's HP. I have expanded on this idea by using the following code to break through the HP and BP limits and allow you to specify any HP or BP you want in the code that changes the status.
At the addresses identified by this code, HP and BP correction values, which could be called character's growth values, are recorded.
If, for example, the status change code specifies HP as 9999, it will function at 9999 for a while, but after a while it will be changed to 2000. At this time, the address of this correction value is -7999. I'm talking about giving this negative correction value back to zero, so that you can give the HP as you wish.
This code may be useful not only for cheat purposes, but may also be useful in verifying how the status bugs occurs during inheritance.
At the very least, the idea that a character's stats are stored separately as original value and growth value (and in the case of HP, the correction is made on the growth value side so that this total value is 2000) is something I would love to share with you.
Also, the original value here would have already been corrected by master level and in-class inheritance.
(I wonder if keeping the addresses of the original and growth values separate like this might be the breeding ground for the reported bugs.)
See Post by mildsevenX “ Fri Oct 25, 2024 7:19 am for the code for the status change.

This is my first time using it; please help me check why it's not working.
1. Open the game.
2. Open CE.
3. Scan the game.
4. Click the level as shown in the picture. [Link]
5. The item is expected to appear in the bag.

Is it posible to change the Class just to get the formation and change back again, i though that the class was in the character stats but nope, Any idea how to change it and is it viable? Thanks
Re: [Requests] Romancing Saga 2: Revenge of the Seven
There is a video of Rock Bouquet being made into an emperor and moving around.
I feel like anyone can do it if they know the Rock Bouquet ID, but does anyone know the ID?
However, the behavior in the video is strange, with male motions in the field scenes and female motions in the movie screen, and the text is strange.
