Note: These cheats may or may not work for you. I can't guarantee it will work for everybody. It finds the values, but neither freezig them nor editing them does anything. I'm playing on the latest steam version

It works for me though. I am using the non-steam version so I don't know if the game got an update or something. At the lower left corner is shown #95b1f04 if you pause the game. Health is under [2] Spawned Attributes while currency, resources, etc is under [4] Spawned Attributes.
