The games files are only for a single save and are updated constantly in your steam user data. Fully editable Variable file, no effect other then cost incresase for upgrades file. Do these while the game is closed. When you open it will update but not while the games is open.

What is the name of that save file? I tried to find and open every single file on notepad but can't seem to read it.
