Create table didn´t work in new game session?

Hi guys
I try to make my own tables but...
Every time I get all I want and save as table, they won´t work after reload.
It works never for me, so me doubt I did something systematical wrong.
The most games can be hacked with 4 bytes but the adress changes every time the game will be restarted.
If I use "my table" during one game session, it works.
My english is not very good, the search after the answer.. I get hundreds of answers but not what I need.
Perhaps someone can help me to find the right answer.
