Cheat Engine 7.2 install/exe

I had a partial diisk_crash this week, and unfortunately - among others - all my CE installments got lost. Since I'm currently working_with/using v7.2, I've looked around (incl github ~ seems only to have source) but no cigar.
If some kind sole would be so kind uploading this for me, I'd appreciate it muchissimo...

ps: I restored a folder backup of my 7.2, but this seems to (re)act erroneously...?!
ps2: yes, i need v7.2 as v7.4+ seems to use a different Forms data format now.
(which forces my users to migrate to the latest vs ~ pre-v7.4 tables can be loaded up by any/most prev CE versions)

^ this one does not contain the compiled exe; only source files. However... the v7.1 & 7.3 exe installers seem to be present; will try out those... thx.
(still want the v7.2 though )

Version 7.1 installed/running fine; no immediate probs/phenomena encountered.
ps: this is a web_installer; iow you'll need to give it internet access (which connects to [ginhehen.com] ?!). It's been awhile since I last installed a CE vs, but I vaguely recall this particular site... (and i did not find any bizar files in my uninstaller_log)
