Castlevania Judgment How To Change To A Certain Character

i am using the dolphin emulator for this game. i don't know how to find and change the values for the characters. the character i am trying to play as is a unplayable boss that you can fight in the game, his name is time reaper. the only information i got from a youtuber playing as said boss character, i was told to do this, but i am confused
