FearLess Cheat Engine

Hey! I have been using Cheat Engine for many years now but I've gotten by in all that time with REALLY basic knowledge such as finding specific values and I know absolutely nothing about more advanced ways of manipulating games and stuff, and I'm at a point where I'd really like to learn how to do at least a little more advanced stuff.

If somebody could help me through the process of enabling a disabled button in Stellaris that would be GREATLY appreciated! or even link me to a tutorial that would have some applicable skills ♥
