Can someone explain this to me?
7C 1F 48 F1 in game is 1
FF 3E 90 8B in game is 2
DE 7D 20 59 in game is 3
Unreal engine 4.

No one will get you, because you've already ASSUMED that's how it works (in your head). Give the game name and explain what you're after. UE4 doesn't store shit like that. Unless.. it's some retarded MP game with "I don't remember the name" anti-cheat which obfuscates regular values. See this:
