Is there a way that i can lock the value's on opening the cheat/table.
Because every time it loads the game value's currents.

I did try to search for it on google. But all i could find is how to turn on that checkbox on the left.

You can use hotkeys, one hotkey for both setting the value and freezing them, on every single pointer.
Simplest solution for your problem/table that will work with no extra scripting required.
