Sort of a noob, not sure how to add hash code to cheat table

I want to get the Ezio armor for AC Odyssey.
The codes are already provided:
But I'm not really sure where to put them. I have the Inventory Editor table and I've used it, but clicking the boxes and turning them into "X" is the most I've done with the program.
