Can anyone be my personal Cheat Engine Coder?

I want someone at least experience or have skills with Cheat Engine that deal with free cam. It basically like a paid request where I will pay you per game. If you don't have the game, I can provide you the money to buy it but I need to create trust so I don't get scam. The amount of money paid will be based on the game itself.
