Question about Cheats (CSGO)

Does the cheat that i use go directly into game folders or it just goes into to the running csgo.exe
and do i have to reinstall my game after i have used cheats

Your question is as clear as me asking you if I will get a raise in 2 years from now. See if you can fucking answer that :) Learn to provide proper details when writing your posts, else don't wonder why no one bothers replying.
