Dawn of War Soulstorm Ultimate Apocalypse God Mode for players units

So i'm trying to get god mode for my units. I tired using a table for base soulstorm and it mostly works except for some units can't be built even with the unit cap research (i.e. titans) or only once (relic units such as the land raider for Space Marines).
How would I go about and make it so my units get god mode and I can use titans?
