How do I use HashIDs to add items in AC: Odyssey?

I found a post that provides the HashIDs for pieces of armour that you are meant to buy with helix credits, and saw that you would be able to add these pieces to your inventory. I'm a bit of a noob and new to this thing, so I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me learn how to do this?

Hey dude, I know it's been so long, but, here's the ID list of the items, I just found it.

Also, how to change them, you have to put the code you like and probably replace another item, I don't know how to do that, exactly, but I'll see. You can check out the rest of the forums for similar answers, most of the questions we both have are already answered here.
