did they block cheat engine and trainers ? cheat tables and trainers doesnt seem to work anymore even in single player did that anti cheat they added block it ?

Maybe the game is updated. Normaly anti-sh!t crash your game when the trainer or ce is opened/started.

EAC is active in xenoverse 2 but you can disable it in different ways

You have to create a shortcut with -eac-launcher command.

You may have to stop the service in your task manager as well. You can tell if CE is going to work if you attach CE to the game and the game icon is visible in the list of processes.

i think i have to do it because icon for game isnt showing in ce

This has nothing to do with the game or anti-cheat, but your Cheat Engine settings. Disable "Only show processes with an icon".

No. Game servers will not accept connections from any instance of XV2 that is not actively running matching EAC. Can’t run anything but vanilla+dlc xv2 with EAC active.
You have to disable EAC and run the game in offline mode if you want to use mods
