Need help with Mud and Blood

I'm struggling to find the Tactical point value for the steam version of Mud and Blood. Either through constant changing value or exact value. Anyone got some ideas on how to find it?

Turns out in classic, it's a double value, scan the initial value, then buy something cheap, then next scan with the new TP until you zero into only one entry
