Having trouble finding a file

Hey folks! I'm pretty new to the gamehacking thing, but it seems pretty easy once I got the engine. So, the game I'm working on is Borderlands 3. I want to edit the values of the gear. I've got the memory editor, the injector, and the cheat table, but I can't find the Borderlands3.dll file to download. Any recommendations?

Game process = Borderlands3.exe

there's no Borderlands3.dll

all tables here are using the $process as mentioned above for AOB scans, injections.
