i have tried to scan on every value types for the gold but none of them came up with a result, can anyone help me out ?

Say your gold is 1000, set the type to all, scan for value between. Set the lower value to 900 and the higher value to 1100. Once the initial scan has completed. Change the gold value in-game then scan increased/decreased value based on what happened to the gold value. Then don't change the gold value but do some other actions in-game which do not affect the gold value then scan for unchanged. Repeat until you've narrowed it down.

the problem is when i changed gold amount then do a second scan CE gave me 0 result

Update Cheat Engine, ensure you're using the correct version (32-bit/64-bit).

i'm using CE 7.2, tried both x86 x64 CE still the same

7.2 is no longer the latest version. 7.3 Released over a month ago.

Then analyse the game man, do some digging. Disassemble it, dissect its code, research things, read about game hacking, reverse engineering. The list goes on. It's a never-ending journey. It's a visual novel so I presume it's made with RenPy. See what you can find about hacking games made with RenPy.

how can i dissect something when i can't even find its address i never thought hacking a simple gold would be this troublesome

Open the memory viewer window, click Tools on the menu then Dissect code (Ctrl + J). This will disassemble the game and provide some insight into control flow. Although, these are just one of the many steps taken to understand a game better but of course, you must know what to do with the information presented and that's something that one comes to know overnight. It takes practise/reading and a lot of it. You could check the game's directory folder for any files that you possibly could edit. You just have to think outside of the box.

well that's too much for me ... i can do some basic scans but not those
and yes the game is running on renpy.

It might be worthwhile checking see what you can edit in the game's folder. I don't have the game so I can't advise specifically.

i did find a save editor but there's not much you can do with it
