Changing values automatically in respond?!

Pretty much the same question ive had years ago, i gave up at some point and now im trying again.
What i want to do :
I created a table with values for all my Characters states. Example -> If i attack value is 1, if i stand still value is -> 0
What i want to do now is basically ;
i got the opponents values too ( cpu ) whenever he attacks, i want my value to change to 0 automatically.
So ->>> Example
When opponent attacks (his value changes from *** to 1) i want my value to change to 0 as a respond.
Is it possible to create a "reaction" in CheatEngine? So whenever a value changes, its linked to another value which will change automatically too ?
