How Can I Convert Action Replay Codes(pcsx2) to Cheat Engine Adresses?

As title says.
Lets say Exp multiplier for action replay
201A7B98 00118840 (x2) OR 201A7B98 00118880 (x4)
Exp multiplier for cheat engine
201a7b98 34880 (x2) OR 201a7b98 34944 (x4) ==> 2 bytes
i knew the adresses because i found maually
my question is :
is there w way or program to convert action replay/gameshark codes to CE Adresses?
Example 2:
Ration AR: 011425A1 00000063
Ration CE: 211425A1 1 byte
These are not the best examples but you get what i mean.
