FTLGame crew memory addressess

i'm very new to cheat engine, & i've been practicing with FTL: Faster Than Light.
i'm working on finding the HP & stats of the crew members, & i'm able to find a value (float) that represents their HP.
the float i found is a crew members HP, & when i find the address, i can lock it & lock their HP in place.
i've followed various tutorials but i'm struggling finding the static offset of this float.
the results i get look something like "1DA52020 = 1CE40D08 (4 bytes)" & i'm not sure what to do with that.
any tips or pointers would be fantastic, & if any additional information is needed i'd be happy to provide it!
