AC odyssey specific question

Hey guys,
I have modding experience for other titles, and some lua knowledge so im not a total noob.
However im brand new to CT and its capabilities. I'm unsure how it all works, and whats possible or not.
I am trying to change the skill - "Rush Assasination " in Assassins Creed Odyssey to be on the ranged wheel instead of the melee wheel.
I imagine this is a boolean value somewhere in the files.
Wondering if a Cheat engine script would be able to access this info?
How do I start?
