How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

@Recifense, looking at your table, I can see that your pointers will probably affect the AI as well.
I had the same issue when using the treasury code. Sometimes the player pointer changes in there.
Managed to solve this by checking the PlayerID in that code with the one I got from a different function that always gives the player's ID.
It's easy to find by searching for the PlayerID using the debug_mode console command and then tagging through other nations.
Manpower would be a handy pointer, since it's been in CompactDisc's table and was in the compiled table of fearless123456's code in the request thread as well.

I'll make sure to put all previous pointers in an extension if Reci doesn't include them (but I hope he does ).
