The following values can be modified as 4 Bytes using Cheat Engine.

-Command Points

-Prestige

-Units' xp

-Units' hp (allies and enemies)

-Ammunition

-Fuel

-Requirement for heroes

Movement can be modified as well, however the game only allows you to move to a certain location, before fixing your unit in place for that turn, even if it has movement points left. Lastly, Otto Skorzeny, the hero, has a bug that makes his hexagon shift at random towards the left of the map.
