The last I saw, from early December, is that he was still working on it but not like a job. It's something he does in his spare time. Unsure if he just has a lot going on, or if his health is an issue with our current plague issues. But I have not seen him say he isn't working on it anymore. Just that he isn't going to be dedicated working on it.

Updated today.

- Renamed weapon stats to indicate held weapon, since it's the current stats you're wielding (which is different from the inventory data).
- Added Raw Item Data. This allows you to change the level of items, as well as any other stats I may find. This does appear to be the structure where part data is located, but I do not recommend trying to edit parts unless you really, really know what you're doing.
- Changed hint/description text to green and warning text to red, along with other text changes.

The game rolls the same range for every source, but how high the result needs to be for x rarity depends on the source. For example the same value might get you a legendary on one boss, but will get a purple on another boss or a badass enemy, and maybe only a green on a standard enemy.

Somebody would have to do an in-depth examination of loot tables and I'm no Pannenkoek.

Great table. Works fine for me on Steam (so far).
I have used the item editor to update the level on a few precious legendarys
I found that I have to be very careful with the item editor, otherwise the game may crash on exit. As a precaution, if I am editing any items then I always exit to make sure it has saved before playing the game 'properly'. Also it may be worth noting that the level changes don't appear to take effect unless the game is exited and resumed (although I may be missing something).

Some of the scripts, such as the coordinates and the weapon/inventory related ones don't seem to work for me in the current version. I do have the most recent table downloaded.

Can you add a cheat to edit the time of day like if I wanted to always be morning in the game. Is that possible to do?

Technically sure, but that'd involve a lot of unknown scans and my computer grinds to a halt doing those, I tried once or twice but don't know what format it's in so I couldn't pinpoint it before I got tired of not being able to use my computer.

You should do scans to find what format it's in and give some example values. Like is it a byte value, float, or double? Does the time reset at noon, midnight, or morning? What are some example value ranges for different times? With that type of info I should be able to find it and make a lasting script no problem.

Unfortunately I don't know how to use cheat engine to do that maybe someone else here can help.
There is a photo mode that can edit the time of day maybe you can use that to make a cheat out of it.

Updated.

- Added an anointed roll script. Like the loot rarity, this changes the RNG roll the game uses to determine what's happening during a drop (or item generation in vending machines, for this one). The script's comments have a bunch of example values, though not everything is there and you will have to fiddle around to get what you want. Remember that not every anoint can show up on every time of item, the game logic is still making the final call there.

Ah yup, that worked and let me find it.

It's a floating-point value where 0 is the start of the day and it ends at 1.0, so 0.5 would be noon for example.

Sigh, it's probably due to the hardcoded address since Steam is a different build, I didn't think that far ahead. Had to target slightly lower in the function in order to avoid that, but that changes how the value is interpreted.

1 - Game converts the byte RNG value to a float.
2 - Game multiplies it by about 0.000030518509447574615478515625 or so.
3 - You get a float value from 0-1 that determines which anoint group you land in.

Anyways first post updated with the download, see if that works.

For future reference, here's the rough listing of how the initial RNG values would convert into anoints.
- Weapons
2680: Nothing
2681: ASE splash 125%
2800: ASE splash 125%
2900: ASE accuracy/handling (or) projectile speed 100% (or) critical damage 25%
