Is there an ID list for all passives? I've had trouble trying to find one with every passive in the game..... no, but there is plenty of other resources for example on the very first page. ;) Draconic bloodline passives specifically which aren't found in the resources on the first page......

So when patch 4 hit one of the first semi-working downloadable tables was one edited one by HenryEx. That table doesn't require the load of a save like the OP Zanzer table does. It's also formatted differently and I personally find it a bit easier to navigate and use.. however, the game seems more ...

Latest table is flagged for malware, browsers block the download. I imagine I am not the only person running into this issue, might be good to get an updated file. So, I have an older table that I was using till the latest patch made it unusable which is unfortunate. How would I go about fixing it? I'm not sure which version it is, but all passives that were added were permanent. It also had a section in random cheats that let me add spells.

If you have too many runes in your inventory it'll cause the game to crash when you try to edit any quantity. Sell off some of your runes. That's usually the culprit.

I'm honestly not sure. When i redeemed my weekly free helix store item it came in Divine quality but any helix store item i get via the cheat engine table only comes in Mythical and I can't upgrade it either you can upgrade them but divine quality is something unique to either buying the store item...

No. Only way to unlock early is to turn on super stealth and fast travel to each book. Those that are accessed during certain quests you'll have to wait on.
