after you install plugin you can open app.asar inside 7zip (not by right clicking app.asar)

find renderer.cs file

edit all "frugalPercent": inside the file

make it like

"frugalPercent": -900000

for referance

i am not exactly sure yet but you may search for value 1.00 float then increase reability of trains then search for float value 1.05 increase reability again search for 1.10 reload game if you dont find the value search for 1.00 again etc the values float +4 -4 can be changed too but you need to und...
