OP said the CT is abandoned, so someone else will have to fix it who knows what they're doing.

Will there be an instant repair modifier added to the table? Of all functions, I think that one's probably the best. That way you can build custom ships and have them instantly ready instead of having to wait for 1,000 hours for them to build.
